Logistics :
Our bunkering fleet is well equipped to supply bunkers to all types and sizes of vessels such as VLCCs, Cruise Liners, Warships right down to vessels docked at shipyards.
Dedicated fleet of ISO-certified bunker barges ranging from 1,500 to 12,000 DWT offering offshore bunkering services to :
- Vessels in neighbouring countries
- Vessels unable to call at the port of Singapore
- Oil Rig operations in South China Sea
- Drill ships and FPSO/storage tankers in offshore oil fields, and
- Fishing fleets in the Indian and North and South Pacific Ocean
In Singapore, we deliver bunker fuel to :

*Supply via Universal Terminal
Hin Leong Group has storage capacity at Universal Terminal at Jurong Island. This terminal has a total capacity of 2.3 million cubic metres and is specially designed for efficient handling to ensure fast vessel turnaround.
- 6 bunker berths capable of expanding to 9 berths
- Fast pumping rate of up to 900 MT/hr via flowmeters
- Multiple grade loading and discharging capabilities with dedicated pumps and pipelines to maintain product integrity
- Ex-wharf and Fresh water supply service
- In-house pilot and tug services

*Supply via Tuas Terminal
Our Group also has storage capacity at Tuas Terminal facing the Southern Tuas Basin . The total tankage capacity is approximately 50,000m3. Marine Gasoil, HSD, Marine Lubricants and Water can be supplied on ex-wharf basis.
The Terminal provides:
- Round-the-clock operations
- Berth 200m long with a draft of 8m (5.6m on approach)
- 3 sets of loading arms and 2 loading / discharging manifolds allowing 2-3 cargo operations to be carried out concurrently
- Effective pumping rate of up to 1,200MT/hr
- Pilot and tug services on request

*Supply via Floating Storage
The Group's floating storage capabilities further strengthen our flexibility and reliability in ensuring quick and prompt services to all our customers in the event when urgent requirements for marine fuels are needed.

*Supply via Tank Trucks
The Group is supported by a fleet of more than 30 modern tank trucks capable of delivering Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel to various commercial sites and shipyards within Singapore, in varying loads of 2,700L, 5,400L, 8,100L, 18,000L, 21,600L, 27,000L or 30,000L.
Work Operations adhere strictly to Saftey Management System and work process has been certified "Quality Control Management" BS EN ISO 9001:2000
*Skid tanks
As an added service to our customers, we also offer skid tanks (on a rental basis) for temporary fuel storage at their work sites. Approximately 100 units of the skid tanks with capacity ranging from 1,400L to 20,000L are available for our customers' use.
